Can VectorBase make my transcript data available?

We can add any RNAseq data to download from our website as long as the organism fits the VectorBase requirement (invertebrate, vector human pathogen). Click here for the currently available data sets.

Query and Search
In VectorBase you can use Search and BLAST, to find RNAseq of interest. Data can be visualized as tracks in Apollo and the Genome Browser. If the RNAseq data was obtained as an experiment and differential expression was detected, data can also be viewed in the Expression Browser. You can also retrieve probe/sequence averaged expression data available using BioMart.

Legacy data
In the past we also received ESTs and microarrays, but we have now concentrated in receiving mostly, if not only, RNAseq data.
